<p>We are looking for a warm, approachable and motivated individual to work alongside our Service Manager and Community Links and Assessment Coordinator to provide an outcome-focused support service for people over the age of 18 who are identified as having mental health needs and requiring housing-related support to enable them to benefit from:</p>
<p>•             Improved mental health</p>
<p>•             Tenancy sustainment</p>
<p>•             Maximisation of independent living skills</p>
<p>•             Improved engagement with the landlord/accommodation providers</p>
<p>•             Better money management/debt and arrears reduction</p>
<p>•             Improved safety within the home e.g. reduction in hoarding and safer living conditions</p>
<p>•             Reduced homelessness and threat of homelessness</p>
<p>•             Better management of substance misuse issues</p>
<p>•             Access to volunteering opportunities</p>
