<b><b>Overview</b></b><br />
<br />
We are seeking a Field Compliance Coordinator to join our OE &amp; Compliance Group (OE&amp;CG) within Aramco&
39;s Technology Oversight &amp; Coordination (TOC).<br />
<br />
OE&amp;CG are responsible for defining the Safety Management System (SMS), which is required to promote a safety culture and equip employees with the tools and training to effectively and efficiently manage safety.<br />
<br />
Your primary role is to develop TOC&
39;s safety strategy, monitor performance, and provide support to internal stakeholders in order to promote a safety culture and ensure compliance with the SMS.<br />
<br />
<b><b>Key Responsibilities</b></b><br />
<br />
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Provide advice and consultation to TOC staff in order to assist them in maintaining a safe working environment and remain in compliance with environmental/safety regulations, standards and practices.</li>
<li>Undertake surveys to identify and evaluate occupational health, safety and environmental conditions.</li>
<li>Conduct and coordinate on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices.</li>
<li>Provide advice and counsel concerning compliance with corporate safety regulation and procedures.</li>
<li>Perform area safety inspections of facilities and operations.</li>
<li>Perform job site safety compliance inspections, including: hazard analyses and safe work procedures, and prepare written reports and recommendations.</li>
<li>Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the hazard control system, policies and procedures, and recommend changes that reflect improved opportunities to eliminate work place incidents and injuries.</li>
<li>Direct or assist in the development of specialized safety education and training materials.</li>
<li>Review and analyze injury, property damage, and statistical loss data whilst working alongside management to prepare comprehensive recommendations for corrective action to eliminate or minimize potential hazards.</li>
<li>Communicate the plans for and participate in Safety Management Committee (SMC) meetings.</li>
<li>Maintain and evaluate the continuous implementation and compliance of our Safety Management System (SMS) in line with corporate SMS.</li>

<b><b>Minimum Requirements</b></b></p>

<li>You must hold a Bachelor&
39;s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Safety, or Process Safety.</li>
</ul>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>You will have a minimum of 5 years&
39; experience in related safety and operational experience and/or training preferably in the oil and gas industry.</li>
</ul>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>You must have demonstrable knowledge in Safety Engineering, Process Safety Engineering, Occupational health, as well as safety and environmental compliance experience.</li>
