HR Coordinator

Petroplan is looking to for a contract HR Coordiantor for one of our clients. <br> <br><b> Job Responsibilities </b><br> <ul> <li>Manage new employee onboarding, including new hire correspondence, welcome package, HRIS management, IT provisioning requests, I-9 documentation, etc</li> <li>Manages offboarding process</li> <li>Responsible for managing workflow and processing employee changes such as transfers, promotions, pay changes, etc. in UKG and SAP</li> <li>Assist with travel coordination</li> <li>Complete Verification of Employment requests</li> <li>Provide hands-on support for orientation events/setup</li> <li>Responsible for HRIS reporting and analysis as needed for monthly turnover reporting.</li> <li>Maintain data integrity in HRIS by running reports, analyzing data, and updating employee records</li> <li>Ensure new managers are trained on how they will use HRIS</li> </ul> <br><br><b> Job Qualifications </b><br> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred with an emphasis in Business/Human Resources or related fields</li> <li>3 years of experience in a HRIS Administrator or generalist role with 2 years of system administration experience</li> <li>Experience with UKG/UltiPRo, SAP, and/or Workday</li> </ul> <br><b>About Petroplan</b><br> <br>Petroplan is the trusted, specialist global Talent Solutions partner of choice for employers and professionals in the Energy sector.
