We are seeking an individual with <b>strong multi-tasking, stakeholder management and coordination skills</b> to join the Resource planning &amp; contracting team (RPC) as a Resource Coordinator for the BeNeLux &amp; UK hub.<br />
<br />
<b>How to contribute to our vision</b><br />
<br />
The main responsibility of the Resource Coordinator is the planning &amp; delivery of all blue-collar resources in line with the competency requirements outlined in the resource demand from operations. They are the main day to day point of contact for all projects and suppliers regarding all things resource.<br />
<br />
Responsibilities:</p>

<ul>
<li>Develop the plan for manning of key positions (12-months rolling)</li>
<li>Maintaining resource assignments of Contractors in the resource tools (Demand &amp; supply sheet, Resource Plan)</li>
<li>Ensure daily/short term planning tasks are executed timely and with high quality</li>
<li>Close collaboration with the JOC/projects/suppliers to discuss the agreed demand, and the available supply options for the positions with the aim to provide stable resource for the campaign periods.</li>
<li>Evaluate possible resource supply for proposed demand change requests</li>
<li>Select the right people according to available documentation from the suggested internal pools and contracting companies, and allocate the selected persons to the project in due time.</li>
<li>Ensure delivery of E2E process for Contractors.</li>
<li>Contractor readiness: Sourcing of the right profile, contracting (Fieldglass/SOW), certificate compliance, ensure readiness in collaboration with the resource administrator (Purchase orders, accounts:O365, FSM, Enablon, etc.), management and maintenance of Supplier Zone</li>
<li>Support in the feedback and development of contractors.</li>
<li>Bi-Weekly reporting of key planning and supply challenges.</li>
</ul>

We are looking for...</p>

<li>3 years of experience in a coordination role, preferably in resource coordination on Offshore Wind.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Knowledge of training and safety requirements in offshore wind</li>
<li>Good English skillset</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented and analytical mindset</li>
<li>Good organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Positive can-do attitude</li>
</ul>
