This responsibility has driven us to deliver significant societal and economic benefits to not just the Kingdom, but also to a vast number of communities, economies, and countries that rely on the vital and reliable energy that we supply. <br> <br> We are one of the most profitable companies in the world, as well as amongst the top five global companies by market capitalization.<br><br><b>Job Purpose</b><br><br>We are seeking a seasoned Finance and Accounting trainer to join Aramco Business School (ABS), under the Finance Talent Development Dept (FTDD), and its primarily responsibility is to develop talent for the Finance Service Line and Saudi Aramco at a Group level. The Division includes personnel serving as instructors, course content developers, subject matter experts in talent management. The personnel also serve as coordinators by working with SMEs from various business segments (Controllers, Treasury, Group Finance, Investor Relations, and Internal Audit) in designing and delivering courses. In addition, Finance Admin Area is responsible for bi-monthly keynote speaker series and other specialized certification programs (CFA, CPA, CMA, CIA, IFRS). The successful candidate will: Plan, design and develop curricula and coordinate with SMEs from various business segments (i.e., Admin Areas) to develop courses in accounting, finance and other business domains, and in most cases, co-deliver the courses with SMEs from relevant business segment; identify and make recommendations of new course offerings in consultation with SMEs from various business segments and make consistent effort to update course materials with new knowledge and participate in planning initiatives and successfully complete ad-hoc tasks.<br><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br><br>The successful candidate will:<br> <br>Plan, design and develop curricula and coordinate with SMEs from various business segments (i.e., Admin Areas) courses in accounting, finance and other business domains. <br> <br>Co-deliver the courses with SMEs from relevant business segment.<br> <br>Identify and make recommendations of new course offerings in consultation with SMEs from various business segments<br> <br>Make consistent effort to update course materials with new knowledge and participate in planning initiatives and successfully complete ad-hoc tasks.<br><br><b>Minimum Requirements</b><br><br>Minimum Requirements: As the successful candidate, you will hold a Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or in a related discipline from a reputable University. Possession of relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA, CA) is required. You should have a minimum of 10 years of related experience of which at least 5 years in training and development space, and experience in oil and gas industry is preferred but not required.
