<p><strong>Position: QAQC Inspector</strong></p>

<p>Job Location: Malaysia</p>

<p><strong>Experience Required as below:</strong></p>

<p><strong>Candidates should have very good experience as QAQC Inspector. </strong></p>

<p>Monitoring a fabrication of pressure vessels, Pipes, Pipelines, exchangers and storage tank, etc. Prepare welder qualification test and liaison with client.</p>

<p>Perform site inspection activities such as fit up and visual inspection and ensure all.</p>

<p>Defined job have been documented and properly updated. Ensure all welding work are follow the procedure and continuously checking a consumable baking record. Coordination with Sub-contractor for Pre-heating and PWHT works.</p>

<p>In-charge for NDT request and coordination with NDT sub-contractor for NDT work such as RT, UT, MT, PT, HT and PMI. Record and review all NDT report and monitor a repair works.</p>

<p>Line check before hydro test include preparing test package, punch list and review report and document. Review Welding Procedure Specification, Procedure Qualification Record.</p>

<p>Review material certificate as per code requirement. Inspection of materials to ensure materials purchased as per approved drawings Witnessed welder qualification test / Procedure qualification test/Mechanical test as per code requirement Visual inspection on completed welds.</p>

<p>Interpretation radiographic films and witnessed UT, PT/MPI test.</p>

<p>Witness hydro test.</p>

<p>Review final documents /sign off reports.</p>

<p><strong>Highest Degree Required as Below:</strong></p>

<p>Candidates should holds degree in any stream.</p>
