Tolling Quality Manager EH

<b>Roles and Responsibilities</b> <br><ul><li>Managers who have responsibility across multiple job families (eg. Quality Assurance & Quality Control). Have direct reports (or dotted line reports). Should be used for regional or product line scope.<br><br>Does not include P&L, Sector, or headquarters level leaders (eg Quality Leader for Renewables or Renewable Energy).</li><li>Develop regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.</li><li>Effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.</li><li>Service unit providing services to the function or directly to the business.</li><li>Handles work requiring analysis and interpretation. Procedures don't cover all the exceptions. Approaches for exceptions have to be developed.</li><li>Implements, maintains and continually improves Baker Hughes Quality Management system, creating, editing, reviewing, and implementing documents, assuring alignment to relevant industry and Baker Hughes standards (BHOS) regarding tollers quality management.</li><li>Using Quality Tools, facilitates process improvements, qualitative risk assessments, and root cause analysis and corrective actions that are aligned to continuous improvements in support of business goals and objectives</li><li>Lead or/and Participate in Response Team Investigations for High Impact Incidents related to tollers.</li><li>Monitors performance of tollers for Chemicals organization and generates reports accordingly to ensure toller conformance to requirements.</li><li>Interface with engineering, technology, Operations and strategic sourcing to get tollers qualified and approved in a timely manner.</li><li>Supports the chemistry transfer to qualified and approved tollers</li><li>Maintains Quality auditor qualification and best practices.</li><li>Participates and lead tollers qualification process and issues corrective action plans, following up to ensure effectiveness</li><li>Participate in development / review of workflow processes and procedures related to tollers.</li><li>Select, evaluate, and re-evaluate tollers by organizing audits according to Baker Hughes procedures and applicable industry standards and best practices. Reports results into Approved Suppliers List (ASL).</li><li>Ensures the Product Line personnel understand and work within the company compliance code of conduct and that a culture exists of 'doing the right thing' with respect to compliance requirements</li><li>Share knowledge within the quality community and to the wider Baker Hughes organization providing training, tools and techniques as required to allow other functions to achieve the established goals and objectives</li><li>Demonstrate project management best practices and use of quality management tools and handle special projects as required.</li></ul><br><br><b>Required Qualifications</b> <br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or Applied Science with 8+ years experience.</li><li>Experience in Chemical manufacturing processes and analytical chemistry.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills. Good verbal and writing skills.</li><li>Experience as an internal and lead auditor</li><li>Strong with data analysis in Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Understanding of ISO standards and related industry standards and practices</li><li>Self-motivated, goal orientated, strong team player</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills; must be skilled in building relationships and customer/ supplier engagement</li><li>Must be able to lead by influence in a matrix environment</li><li>Skilled in change management</li><li>Commitment to continuous process improvement</li><li>Business Travel up to 20%,</li></ul><br><br><b>Desired Characteristics</b> <br><ul><li>Strong oral and written communication skills.
