Senior Recruiter

Summary The Senior Recruiter shall assist the F-16 Systems Program Office (SPO) with program recruiting requirements about the F-16 Operational Flight Programs and avionics modification. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and offering candidates. Source for candidates and maintain an active candidate pipeline. Devise sourcing strategies, active and passive, to attract top talent. Develop and maintain recruiting market analysis and risk assessments and make adjustments for optimal results. Support business development activities as required (e.g., customer technical capabilities briefings, past performance content, technical solutions). Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources or related field. High school diploma or GED equivalent instead of education with 8+ years of experience. 6+ years of experience in recruitment and sourcing. Experience to include the following: Technical sourcing of top-caliber IT professionals Intelligence professionals and engineers Recruiting for positions with all levels of clearances from Secret to TS/SCI with FS Polygraphs Recruiting for positions that require all levels of DoD8570 compliance Strong experience in the technical job market, web-based/internet recruiting techniques, and employment policies and procedures 5+ years of supervisory/managerial experience Must have advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter as an effective tool, to source candidates, manage online campaigns, build talent pipelines, and create reports Background check required
