Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.<br><br><b>Take ownership for project management</b><br><br>As an EPC HSE Leader, you will be responsible to develop and maintain operational HS&E standards and processes consistent with the Company's policies and management systems.<br><br>Delivering provision of HSE support to Baker Hughes EPC Project during all phases operations, including procurement, fabrication and offshore installation.<br><ul><li>Providing HSE input to EPC Project customer & contractor interface, risk and SMS reviews. <br></li><li>Developing and maintaining HSE compliance plans, compliance reports and action registers. <br></li><li>Providing support to and participate in emergency response arrangements, including the development and maintenance of procedures and training. <br></li><li>Providing support to and participate in incident management, classification and investigation. <br></li><li>Developing occupational health and safety procedures and associated programmes. <br></li><li>Developing and delivering HSE awareness and workforce engagement programmes as required. <br></li><li>Managing onshore administration of event reporting management processes including collating of HSE statistics and key performance indicators.<br></li><li>Monitoring the compliance of contractors with regard to Baker Hughes HSE requirements. <br></li><li>Conducting Contractor/Operator meetings on a weekly Baker Hughes is to ensure HSE issues are addressed in a timely manner.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven years in a similar role for Oil & Gas Operators.<br></li><li>Have NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.<br>Have Strong oral and written communication skills.<br></li><li>Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.<br></li><li>Be able to influence others and lead small teams.<br></li><li>Leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact.<br></li><li>Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.<br></li><li>Have effective problem identification and solution skills.<br></li><li>Has proven analytical and organizational ability.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
