As the University Relations Specialist you will design and deliver the full spectrum of talent recruitment activities.<br />
<br />

To Design and delivery of the full spectrum of talent recruitment activities, from research and sourcing, through interview and offer, and all of the operational and administrative work associated with those activities. Positions requiring thorough understanding, application and mastery of approaches, theories, methodologies, and application in a concrete organizational context.<br />
<br />
<b>As a Sourcing and Recruiting, you will be responsible for:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Being individually responsible for researching, sourcing, evaluating and selecting talent at all levels. Includes those who manage sourcing and recruiting teams within a shared service center, as well as those in Businesses who lead the broad spectrum of Talent Recruitment work for that business. For use in Business or Shared Service teams.</li>
<li>Advising Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field.</li>
<li>Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems.</li>
<li>Leading as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event.</li>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<li>Bachelor&
39;s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven experience in Human Resources). Additionally proven experience in Sourcing and Recruiting.</li>
