<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
Implement QatarEnergy-IS Procedures/Guidelines, International and Company Standards to ensure services and materials supplied meets or exceeds their stated performance standard. Lead and manage QA/QC team and provide expertise to the overall Quality Management System to support proper and smooth execution of all quality related activities in meeting specified standards and requirements.<br />

<b>Education</b><br />
Bachelor of Science in relevant engineering discipline.<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
&bull; Minimum of 10 years&
39; experience in inspection and testing of equipment and materials. &bull; Minimum of 5 years&
39; experience in relevant supervisory position. &bull; Charted Quality Professional Member (MQI) or Fellow status, or equivalent. &bull; International Register of Certificated Auditor (IRCA) registered Lead or Principle Auditor. &bull; Qualification in root cause analyses investigation into material or equipment failure, preferred. &bull; Knowledgeable on all technical aspects of onshore and offshore Oil &amp; Gas industry including high level of understanding of materials selection for sour service, structural, pipe welding procedures, non-destructive examination techniques and civil engineering activities.<br />
