Leveraging your University recruiting expertise, you’ll build, engage, and recruit diverse talent pipelines in partnership with talent attraction and University relationships. As a strategic partner, you’ll ensure an exceptional candidate experience and consult with hiring managers on the full hiring strategy. You’ll have the benefit of the full iCIMS Talent Cloud, sourcing tool licenses, and ongoing training and development to help ensure your success. Responsibilities Completes training and becomes a super user in all iCIMS Talent Cloud products. Completes performance based hiring training/certification and applies knowledge to the recruiting process. Learns all areas of our business and partners with hiring leaders and within talent acquisition to align University and Early Career recruiting strategy with business goals. Serves as a strategic talent partner by building consultative relationships with business leaders, forecasting upcoming talent needs, and leveraging data insights to inform recruiting strategies. Partners with the talent attraction, Colleges and Universities, and other sources to build, engage, and recruit diverse talent pipelines for current and future career opportunities. Hosts iCIMS sponsored events and attends College and University events. Leads programmatic efforts to enable a timely, efficient, and quality intern recruiting process. Presents timelines and progress to company leadership. Conducts effective interviews that result in quality of hire consistency. Delivers a world class candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Ensures attainment of all hiring goals, including KPIs. May represent iCIMS through thought leadership opportunities. Qualifications At least one year of University hiring experience, with experience leading key timelines and presenting results. Experience leveraging an applicant tracking system to achieve goals and track key metrics. Demonstrated success creating an effective recruitment strategy including talent attraction, sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Expertise in building recruitment plans that uses a multi-pronged approach including direct sourcing, leveraging contacts at Colleges and Universities, hosting events, reaching out to past interns, and more. Ability to strategically support early career hiring by building diverse pipelines of future talent. Experience building consultative relationships with business stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in conducting effective interviews that result in consistency in quality of hire. Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed assigned recruiting metrics.
