<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"> <p><strong>HEAD OF ESTATES</strong></p><p><strong>Salary: &pound;40,909- &pound;43,322 per annum</strong></p><p><strong>Hours: 37 per week</strong></p><p>Our College is the UK&rsquo;s only specialist further education construction college and we have an excellent reputation for providing quality education in Construction and the Built Environment. We are looking for a Head of Estates to be responsible for the overall management of the Estates and Health &amp; Safety functions.</p><p>You will be responsible for;</p><ul>
<li>Procuring and managing estates relating contracts</li><li>Developing, implementing and operating a planned preventative maintenance system</li><li>Ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities and maintaining records where required</li></ul>
<p>You will also promote, support and advise on the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment in the College.</p><p>Our ideal candidate will be educated to degree level with proven experience of strategic and operational planning in the construction/estates context.</p><p>In return, you&rsquo;ll enjoy a friendly and supportive workplace with excellent benefits that include:</p><ul>
