<b> IRC222252 - LEGAL MANAGER </b> <br> <br> At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for a <b>Legal Manager</b> within <b> Eni Cote d'Ivoire Limited </b> in <b> Abidjan, City in Cote d'Ivoire </b><b> . </b> You will be responsible for guaranteeing assistance and consultancy for all legal, judicial, and non-judicial matters of interest to the Company, including judicial/legal support in relation to contracts, relationships with the Authorities and compliance with laws and regulations for the issues under their responsibility. <br><br><b> As a member of </b> <b>the Legal Affairs team at</b> <b> Eni Cote d'Ivoire Limited </b><b> you will be responsible for </b> : <br> <ul> <li> Guaranteeing assistance and consultancy for all legal, judicial, and non-judicial matters of interest to the Company, including judicial/legal support in relation to contracts, relationships with the Authorities and compliance with laws and regulations for the issues under their responsibility. </li> <li> Managing legal representation and defense, making use of external legal counsel and assessing the quality of the contributions received. </li> <li> Regularly liaising with Eni Legal and Corporate Affairs functions, guaranteeing the prompt reporting of all major legal and corporate affairs issues, threatened or actual litigations and possible acquisition and divesture operations. </li> <li> Guaranteeing preservation of legal documentation and to keep the relevant bookkeeping systems up to date. </li> <li> Managing company secretarial matters and co-ordinate with the Head Quarter for relevant corporate affairs activities. </li> </ul> <br><br><b> This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements </b> : <br> <ul> <li> Knowledge of English </li> </ul> <br><br><b> Location: </b> <br> <br> <b> Abidjan, City in Cote d'Ivoire </b> <br> <br> <b> Contract type: </b> <br> <br> <b> Permanent </b> <br><br>At Eni,<b> people are the key to our success</b>, which is why our values are focused on<b> diversity, and lifelong learning</b>. <br> <br> Eni evaluates applications regardless of candidates' personal and cultural characteristics or orientations.
