As a Lead Engineer you will be instrumental in the delivery of technical solutions covering our two product lines Subsea Wellheads (SSWE) and Premium Connectors and Casing (PCC) . In this role you will utilize your experience/expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.<br />
<br />
<b>As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations.</li>
<li>Delivering products as part of a team. Works on cross functional teams. Alternatively: Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.</li>
<li>Leading &amp; Executing the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements</li>
<li>Providing technical leadership to personnel supporting the assigned project. Also, Document technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures</li>
<li>Providing timely communications on significant issues or developments. Also, Leading &amp; Participating on teams assigned to address organizational initiatives and generic issues</li>
<li>Leading as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews. Assuring proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures</li>
<li>Providing support for both internal and external customers and vendors.</li>
<li>Working together with business leadership at SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.</li>

<b>To be successful in this role you will:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Have Bachelor / Master in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university with CREA active.</li>
<li>Experience in an engineering position</li>
<li>Have familiarity with Subsea Wellhead equipment, API 6A / 17D / 5L specifications</li>
<li>Have understanding of product rationalization and restructuring methods. Also, have good technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems</li>
<li>Have software proficiency in MathCad / CREO ProEngineer / MS Office</li>
<li>Have ability to interpret Finite Element Analysis results.</li>
<li>Be able to speak fluent Portuguese and English</li>
</ul>
