What you will do: Manage our daily support of HR Systems, as well as employees and managers, acting as a Tier 2 Provide best in class HR services support, issue resolution and helping to establish a root cause analysis and action plans Work with Product Owner and Scrum Master to define, track and report KPIs periodically Collaborate closely with HR community (Talent Acquisition, HRS, HRBP) and Managers Ensure close monitoring of business process efficiency - propose improvements, support change management Cascade regularly information, changes, updates of HR systems or procedures Participate in review of the processes to introduce continuous improvement driving digitization, simplification and automation Collaborate with teams in Europe and all around the world ...if you have...
