Internal Talent Candidate Experience Coordinator, Remote Eligible

This newly created Candidate Experience Coordinator (CEC) role for IJM will be an integral member of the Internal Talent Mobility team, working side-by-side with Talent Solutions Consultants (TSCs), and the Sr. Manager, Internal Talent Mobility. This critical role has a direct impact on the employee experience – for both managers filling open positions and for employees applying and interviewing for new roles. A few key responsibilities include: Tracking and reporting candidate flow information using the applicant tracking tool iCIMS, and other emerging and company-supported software programs. Proactively managing the talent solutions inboxes, scheduling (and rescheduling as needed) candidate review meetings, interviews, and decision meetings, responding to questions, and communicating issues to the TSC. Maintaining the job description repository. Communicating status updates on tasks, priorities, and changes to TSC and other partners. Respond to job offer requests from TSC and process offer details and job change in Workday. Complete projects and additional tasks identified by the Sr. Manager, Internal Talent Mobility. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associates or Bachelors degree 1+ years of relevant experience Strong prioritization and organizational skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy High bias for action and execution High level of integrity, sound judgment & discretion regarding handling confidential or sensitive information PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Solid interest in curating an exceptional experience for hiring managers and candidates, through: Managing relationships and working collaboratively with all stakeholders (Talent Solutions Consultants, HR Business Partners across the functions and business segments, all levels of hiring managers, and a broad range of internal candidates). Strong written and verbal communication skills across various stakeholders. Mindset towards proactivity and taking initiative (someone who sees the possibilities of process improvement and/or meeting stakeholder needs and feels empowered to run with it). Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Teams, Outlook) Experience with iCIMS, Workday, or other Applicant Tracking Systems CONSIDERATIONS: This role is open to remote candidates located in the United States, with a preference for Minneapolis-based candidates. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $42800.00 - $59000.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifictions, etc. As such, pay for the succesful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
