39;s Business Solutions team, Student Recruitment is responsible for implementing and delivering the firm&
39;s student recruitment strategy to identify, attract, select and engage the best possible talent from UK universities, schools and colleges.</p><p></p><p>We have an exciting opportunity to join our award winning Student Recruitment (SR) function as a Senior Associate specifically working on our Technology Degree Apprenticeship (TDA) programme. </p><p></p><p>This role will be part of a geographically dispersed TDA Team, and will have a primary focus on ensuring the smooth running of our new Manchester TDA programme, but will also involve the shaping of other elements of our wider suite of TDA programmes. The Senior Associate will have an end-to-end involvement in this Manchester-based apprenticeship, from attraction and selection through to the in-programme experience and graduation of apprentices at the end of the programme.
