This role will give you a good overview into working with special needs. They are specifically looking for psychology graduates who have a keen interest in developing their SEN skills and can also help out with interventions.<br /><br />To be successful, you will be a confident graduate who has a good understanding of how to work with children with additional learning needs. You will have the desire to encourage and engage all your pupils in reaching their own targets.
