Service Project Cost Controller

Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.<br><br><b><b>Shape financial planning strategy</b></b><br><br>As the Service Project Cost Controller you will be responsible to support the process from order acceptance, through execution and delivery. You will oversee and collaborate with Project Managers in project cost controlling and analysis<br><br>As the Service Project Cost Controller, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Documenting the execution and delivery of orders that have been formally accepted<br></li><li>Liaising with the Commercial team (ITO) to contract handover and create Contract / Project in ERP<br></li><li>Liaising with Sourcing, Materials, Quality and Engineering for PO requisitions<br></li><li>Controlling cost throughout project execution and collaborate with Project Managers (ISL's) to build opportunities for margin expansion<br></li><li>Analyzing and reviewing bi-weekly actual cost vs as-bid budget<br></li><li>Monitoring project status, and work with Operations to ensure on time delivery<br></li><li>Preparing and submit pre-approvals monthly billing and work with customer to resolve issues to achieve financial targets<br></li><li>Submitting tax invoice and back-up documents for cash collection with the application of various revenue recognition rules<br></li><li>Tracking annual spend by CTR's, by PO's, and summarize VoWD for the customer.<br></li></ul><br><br><b><b>Fuel your passion</b></b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have Bachelor's degree or equivalent in commerce / finance / accounting.<br></li><li>Have 3-5 years experience in Project accounting, contract management, cost controlling preferably in Subsea O&G Services.<br></li><li>Have knowledge of services operations, inventory & warehouse operations, equipment management, vendor and supply chain management<br></li><li>Have in-depth knowledge and experience in using ERP system (especially Oracle) with Microsoft Excel skills is an added advantage<br></li><li>Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills including English language proficiency<br></li><li>Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions<br></li></ul><br><br><b><b>Work in a way that works for you</b></b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
