HR Shared Services Lead

We also use applied technology expertise to serve the defense, entertainment, material handling, aerospace, science, and renewable energy industries. <br><br><b> Duties & Responsibilities </b><br><br><b> Purpose </b><ul> <li> Supervise a local HR operations team responsible for the delivery of key HR services and processes. </li> <li> Work with multiple stakeholders across the company to trouble shoot and problem solve HR transactional activities in the full life cycle of employee events and deliver on HR's strategic objectives. </li> <li> Improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of HR service support structure and related processes and programs. </li> </ul><br><b> Functions </b><ul> <li> Provide daily support to HR operations team. Foster professional development and team building among staff. </li> <li> Optimize service levels in daily HR operations through development and administration of Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements, standard operating procedures, and case management technology. </li> <li> Utilize a LEAN mindset to promote continuous improvement in building and driving solutions and processes across local and global Employee Solution Centers. </li> <li> Lead various workflows to ensure efficient processing of all HR transactions. </li> <li> Understand priorities and work through complex issues to identify, develop and implement effective solutions. </li> <li> Provide advice and counsel to local HR professionals, managers, and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices to promote an ethical and compliant work environment. </li> <li> Oversee HR compliance, regulatory, reporting, and data analysis activities related to employee life cycle events. </li> </ul><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br><b> Qualifications </b> <br><br> Required:<ul> <li> Relevant Degree, Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management , CIPD Qualification (QCF Level 5 and above) or equivalent relevant experience </li> <li> Previous generalist experience in Human Resources </li> </ul><br>Desired:<ul> <li> Experience in the oil and gas industry </li> <li> Experience of Human Resources Databases </li> </ul><br><b> Closing Statement </b><br><br>We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to advance in an international company.
