Prior experience of working with I Chem E Burgundy book contracts, Safety training<br><br><b>Job description</b><br><br> Will report to the Sub-Contracts Manager, and will be responsible for all Contract Management and Administration activities including but not limited to the following:<br><br><ul><li>Measurement and valuation of works for fixed price, open book and target<br>cost projects.</li><li>Interim payment assessments</li><li>Assisting Project Controls in Invoice Preparation to the customer.</li><li>Payment audits</li><li>Analysis and report writing</li><li>Development and application of construction cost estimating for changes during the construction/commissioning</li><li>Use of Microsoft Excel to develop data collection, costing and estimating<br>spreadsheets</li><li>The collection, collation and analysis of construction cost data, using asset<br>management hierarchies and statistical analysis techniques.</li><li>Analytical auditing and benchmarking of construction costs and preparing<br>reports, including in-house auditing and reporting</li><li>Responding to Sub-contractor Claims</li><li>Negotiating and settling Final Accounts and Subcontractor Accounts.</li><li>Claims preparation, negotiation, and dispute resolution.</li><li>Training of Project team members on the relevant contract terms and conditions with particular reference to management of change.</li><li>Assisting Sub-contract Manager/Procurement Manager in preparing commercial part of the RFQ for construction contracts</li><li>Assisting Sub-contract Manager/Procurement Manager in commercial bid evaluation of the construction contractor bids</li></ul> Only UK based candidates with full work rights need apply.<br><br>  <br><br><br /><br />To help Leap29 find you that perfect job, we need to store and process your personal information.<br />That means that your details will be entered into Leap29's database and our consultants may contact you from time to time with relevant job opportunities.<br />By applying you're confirming you're happy for us to do that!
