In addition, you will be responsible for all HR activities for your clients. <br><br>As HRBP, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Developing & executing organization-level HR strategies to align structure, culture & talent with business goals.</li><li>Being the change agent</li><li>Being the voice of reason</li><li>Advising management in the function and/or in the business. Have a supportive role in decision making about important subjects matters</li><li>Driving Business Vision and strategy through defined HR priorities & goals on attracting, developing & retaining the best in class</li><li>Be at the forefront of business transformation</li><li>Be integral to HR transformation</li><li>Driving other business initiatives eg; Diversity</li><li>Leading & supporting the different HR strategies for the business</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's/ Master's degree from an accredited university or college</li><li>Have a Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in HR Business Partnership</li><li>Must have global HR experience working with employees in NAM, Europe and Asia</li><li>Willingness to travel 20-25%</li><li>Demonstrate ability to be a change agent</li><li>Demonstrate ability to be a strategic partner and out of box thinker</li><li>Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems</li><li>Understand design thinking methodology</li><li>Ability to lead programs / projects</li><li>M&A experience preferred</li><li>Software industry experience required</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
