Also responsible for leading Quality Assurance, Cost Reduction (CoPQ), FMEAs and Investigations actions, always seeking continuous improvement in applicable areas.<br><br><b> As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for: </b><br><ul><li>Supporting the manufacturing areas and other production support areas in complying with the Quality Management System</li><li>Lead actions and projects on Cost (CoPQ) reduction and FMEAs</li><li>Execute internal audits according to the audit program, including process audits</li><li>Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) investigations</li><li>Review and approve work instructions and procedures, providing support and guidance for improvements</li><li>Prepare and lead quality meetings with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and other production support areas</li><li>Working to develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for quality improvement purposes. Standardization of processes, tools, and performance management system</li><li>Detecting and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements</li><li>Handling communication with colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis</li><li>Contributes to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months</li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br> To be successful in this role you will: <br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required)</li><li>Hold active CREA (required)</li><li>Advanced/Fluent English (required)</li><li>Advanced Excel (required)</li><li>Previous experience in Quality (required)</li><li>Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), Root Cause Analysis (RCA) certifications, and Quality auditor training (nice to have)</li><li>Be proficient in Power BI/Smartsheet (preferrable)</li><li>Expertise in driving Continuous Improvement and problem-solving using Quality tools</li><li>Experienced with Risk/Failure Analysis, Productive processes, Project leadership across functions</li><li>Ability to influence others and lead small teams</li><li>Have a good interface with customer and third parties</li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br> We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
