We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a Maintenance Trainer, you will contribute to the development and training of the department/team.<br><br>As a Maintenance Trainer, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Contributing to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team<br></li><li>Discussing consequences of changes in products and processes for the team in the organization<br></li><li>Providing continuous trainings to the rest of the team throughout the year<br></li><li>Establishing and maintaining contact to provide on-going support to assigned customers in the designated geographic region or coverage area<br></li><li>Working together with people from the business unit<br></li><li>Handling standardized project processes<br></li><li>Handling targeted clients, and working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a minimum of 2 years of hands on experience in mechanical workshops and/or Electronic Lab environments<br></li><li>Have a minimum of a Technical Diploma<br></li><li>Be knowledgeable on basic electronics and electrical circuits<br></li><li>Be able to read and understand system diagrams and mechanical drawings<br></li><li>Be fluent in Arabic<br></li><li>Have excellent communication skills<br></li><li>Have excellent training skills<br></li><li>Have excellent interpersonal and team working skills<br></li><li>Be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office environment<br></li><li>Be fluent in English<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.<br><ul><li>This role is a shift based working pattern.
