<p><b>Overview / Responsibilities </b><br />
<br />
Wood has an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning resourcing team as a Resourcer, based in our Khobar office.<br />
<br />
The successful candidate will work in close partnership with our recruiters on the Projects part of the business, with a focus on candidate pipelining and attraction and will reduce time to hire by proactively building active talent pools for current and future vacancies.</p>
<ul>
<li>Create and maintain job postings on internal and external sites and portals ensuring compliance with Wood&
39;s global job advert and employer brand, including social media posts</li>
<li>Sift all advertising responses to ensure that all candidates are responded to and progressed as applicable</li>
<li>Shortlist resumes for suitability of skills and experience in relation to vacancy requirements. Pre-screen candidates and present to Recruiters to progress with Hiring Managers</li>
<li>Manage broadcasting and posting requisitions in iCIMS global recruiting system (ATS)</li>
<li>Post jobs according to local government requirement</li>
<li>Assist Recruiters in researching additional posting locations as needed</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings and maintain regular communication with all applicable team members related to priority openings, future staffing initiatives and status of all applicants in process</li>
<li>Assist recruiting team members with scheduling, logistics and candidate communication</li>
<li>Conduct CV searches on various job boards and professional networking sites to source candidates for a variety of roles, at all levels</li>
<li>Create proactive candidate pipelines within the ATS for specific functions / disciplines</li>
<li>Assist with the planning and execution of events such as interview days and career fairs</li>
<li>Take the lead on recruitment process for specified junior level or administrative positions as assigned</li>
<li>Serve as a dependable point of contact for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers</li>
<li>Support and assist Recruiters by following up with scheduled candidates to ensure documents are collected in a timely manner and shared with the relevant departments</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, to ensure a robust and thorough audit trail</li>
<li>Take part in special projects in an effort to further develop a best in class recruiting function</li>
<li>Ensures consistent alignment to company values and behaviours</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Skills / Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Degree level qualification desirable but not essential</li>
<li>Dedicated to achieving results</li>
<li>Technical proficiency with Outlook, MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience of using ATS would be advantageous</li>
<li>Excellent telephone and customer relation skills</li>
<li>Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlines</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies</li>
<li>Proactive problem solver and ability to multi task</li>
<li>Ability to find better, faster ways to achieve results through use of technology and collaboration</li>
