We are looking for a recruitment consultant for 1 year for our HQ in Ballerup. You are a business-oriented Talent Acquisition Business Partner with a passion for people, and you dream of working with recruitments for a limited - but exciting - period in one of the world’s most sustainable companies. At Schneider Electric, you will work across many functions as you take the lead on recruitments from A to Z in Denmark - in close collaboration with your Danish HR colleagues. You will step in and support during an upcoming parental leave for 1 year: 1 April 2023 - 31 March 2024. We are part of a larger function with colleagues across the Nordics, and you will report to the Talent Acquisition & Mobility Manager Nordics who is based in Norway. Run recruitment processes from A to Z As Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will manage recruitments covering a broad range of professions, including engineering, technology, and sales. More specifically, you will: Complete all activities related to recruitment processes, covering: business meetings, job profiling, advertising sourcing, screening, interviewing selecting and presenting Advise and support hiring managers on the best process for their recruitment needs Participate in various activities in the Talent Acquisition team and in HR Recruitment experience, business understanding and excellent people skills Your sound business acumen and communication skills enable you to diplomatically and professionally understand - as well as challenge - the requirements and expectations of our hiring managers. Moreover, you are highly organized, work well in a complex organization, and you can manage multiple recruitments simultaneously. You have solid experience with recruitment and strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration, communication, drive, and project management.
