<p>This Global Offshore Resourcing Manager will oversee the group Planning, Crewing and Recruitment functions as well as provide strategic input into future headcount planning for their global projects. This position will contribute to organisations strategic growth of its offshore personnel resources through the development of resourcing strategies including strategic workforce planning, forecasting, strengthening the international talent pool and managing crewing/planning activities.</p>
<p>This is a key position which requires someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who has the ability to influence decisions and implement change and ways of working.</p>
