Quality Control Inspector

<b> Partner with the best </b><br><br> Inspects parts, assemblies and subassemblies to drawings and prints. Initiates non-conformance reports on all parts and assemblies that are not to drawing and print specifications. Assures that manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements. Initiates corrective action requests when conditions adverse to quality are repetitive in nature. Completes, inspects and distributes all quality records and documents. Performs specialized testing as required. Verifies tests as required on all components and completed assemblies. <br><br><b>As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for:</b><br><ul><li> Understanding and interpreting technical drawings, specifications and procedures. (LPI, MPI, PMI, UT) </li><li> Identifying and using measuring equipment needed to verify requirements. </li><li> Responsible for performing inspections such as visual, dimensional and NDE. Inspection of the parts requires (LPI, MPI, PMI, UT) </li><li> Verifying completeness of all operations and records. </li><li>Completing and maintaining inspection records, inspection logs, calibration.</li><li> Initiating non-conformance reports on all products, parts, assemblies and subassemblies that are not to requirements. </li><li> Driving quality culture to their plant. </li><li> Collaborating with site quality and manufacturing engineering on RCA, corrective actions and continuous improvement. </li><li> Working with Baker Hughes management system databases and systems. </li><li> May participate in quality audits, material review boards, kaizens or root cause analysis. </li><li> May need to program or calibrate inspection equipment. </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b> <br><br>To be successful in this role you need:<br><ul><li> Knowledge of dimensional testing and manufacturing. </li><li> Sound product knowledge. </li><li> Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.
