Operational Safety Leader Correspondent for B32

<p>ACTIVITIES:<br />
- Ensure that KAOMBO HSE MS is compliant with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.<br />
- Promote HSE culture through the implementation of the various COMPANY and CONTRACTOR safety programs.<br />
- Lead Cause Tree Analysis investigation of incidents.<br />
- Participate in TAPROOT investigation of incidents.<br />
- Lead or participation on risk assessment when necessary or requested for a specific task.<br />
- Develop and review CONTRACTOR and SUBCONTRACTOR bridging documents.<br />
- Review and approve CONTRACTOR operational safety procedures and benchmark with COMPANY and international rules.<br />
- Safety trainings: follow up operations&
39; personnel training, control CONTRACTORS personnel training adequacy and<br />
effectiveness.<br />
- KPIs: Follow up contractors&
39; HSE performances and implement improvement plan and actions, ensure organization and<br />
implementation of HSE site committees (CODIV).<br />
- Reporting and analysis: ensure that HSE statistics are documented, implement anomaly reporting system, when needed<br />
organize cause.<br />
- Permit to Work (PTW) audit, Hazard Identification, MOC (management of change) review, safe isolation verification,<br />
confined space entry, etc.<br />
DIMENSION:<br />
- The job holder shall report directly to the DHSAP/SO/B32 Head of Service.<br />
- The job holder will assist DHSAP/SO/B32 Head of Service in the implementation and follow-up of the HSE policy, respect for<br />
the environment and preservation of facilities within the framework of the B32.<br />
- The job holder will adapt working methods and procedures; he reacts to urgent requests and changes priorities in<br />
accordance with the DHSAP/SO needs.</p>

<p>CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT:<br />
- The job holder is based in Luanda. With frequent visits to offshore KAOMBO sites (FPSO KAOMBO NORTE, FPSO KAOMBO<br />
SUL, Onshore Support Base at Viana).<br />
- The person will be part of the TotalEnergies EP Angola Emergency Management Team and shall be ready for mobilization at<br />
any day and hour.</p>

<p>QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:<br />
- Engineering degree experienced in Safety, environmental &amp; industrial (Oil and gas, chemical, refinery....) with a minimum 8<br />
years&
39; experience with autonomy and self-starter.<br />
- Technical qualification: Certification in TAPTROOT Analysis.<br />
- Good communication and interpersonal skill. Advanced Technician level with experienced.<br />
- Capacity to work under pressure and in crisis; available, integrative, versatile and flexible.<br />
- Accuracy in both written and oral communication, as well in decisions and positions to beheld.<br />
- Portuguese well-spoken and fluent English, able to work in a multicultural environment.<br />
- Computer skills office package.<br />
- Minimum years of experience required for job eight (8) years</p>
