HSE Supervisor SG

<p>ACTIVITIES:<br />
- Full respect of local regulation, compliance with company referential (Group &amp; Company rules, SIM procedures...) and<br />
standard safety practices.<br />
- Promote company and affiliate safety initiatives; Golden Rules, Zero FATALILYTY program, Perfect day, Zero Recordable,<br />
constructive sanction, Safety Tour, preparation, and participation on HSE site committee meetings.<br />
- Assist SO/LOG-SG coordinator promoting new safety initiatives based on incident trend. Participate on CTA session for all<br />
HIPOs. Ensure actions plan closing progress and synergy updated, REX&
39;s outcome is implemented on sites<br />
- Follow up daily operation: ensuring Job Risk Assessment conducted and reviewed with work team for any job, participation<br />
on PTW opening &amp; closing sessions (ensure mitigation measures are in place), ensure HSE supervision on major risk<br />
activities (W@H, Confined Space, Hot works, heavy lifting ops, energized system).<br />
- Participate / conduct HSE audit, inspection, and Site safety tours on Company sites (PTW process, Env. &amp; Hygiene, HSE<br />
dossier...) and Service Contractors sites (HSE MS..).<br />
- Emergency Response - ensure exercises / drills conducted as per referential and participation on M/LSE. Make part of<br />
weekly duty roast.<br />
- Participate and assist in the development and implementation of Environmental management System processes.<br />
DIMENSION:<br />
- Luanda perimeter, with frequent visits to Contractor&
39;s yards, TEPA onshore perimeter.<br />
- HSE assistance for SG onshore sites; includes offices, collective housing &amp; other villas / apartments, Medical Emergency<br />
Center (CMS), leisure centers, and guesthouses.<br />
- Interactions with &gt; 25 contractors and SG entities (7 Divisions)<br />
- The person will be part of the client&
39;s Emergency Management Team and shall be ready for mobilization<br />
at any day and hour.<br />
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT:<br />
- The job holder is based in Luanda with flexibility to cover others General Secretariat sites activities (Luanda south, North<br />
and center).<br />
PURPOSES:<br />
- Ensure all activities in charge shall be managed with responsibility and according to the rules defined in TotalEnergies<br />
Hygiene, Safety and Environment Manual<br />
- Maintain and promote HSE exemplarity within the team.<br />
- Ensure applicability of the client&
39;s referential (SIM).<br />
- Ensure implementation of HSE policy in all activities within SG perimeter</p>

<p>QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:<br />
- High school; experienced in Safety, environmental and industrial (oil and gas, chemical, refinery ....) with at least 3 Years<br />
experience with<br />
- Autonomy and self starter, good communication and interpersonal skill.<br />
- Knowledge of HSE Supervision, HSE Audit, events incident investigations (CTA).<br />
- Fluent in English and Portuguese Spoken and written. French will be an advantage.<br />
- Computer skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).<br />
- Minimum years of experience required for job five (5) years.</p>
