Topside HSE Supervisor

<p>ACTIVITIES:<br />
- Assist DHSAP/SO/PCS Head of Service in the implementation and follow-up of the HSE policy, respect for the environment<br />
and preservation of facilities within the framework of the DT/EPT construction team projects in all HSE aspects issues.<br />
- On the scope of its responsibilities, HSE Supervisor will oversee:<br />
o Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, implementing of effective HSE policies, to ensure that the<br />
department objectives are met, perform contractors annual HSE audits MS, organize Safety Tour<br />
onshore/offshore<br />
o Provide support to DT/EPT construction team projects in all aspects of occupational health, safety and<br />
environmental issues<br />
o Give full support to site Constructions SUPDT to regularly inspect Contractor equipment, tools/materials to<br />
ensure quality and safety before sent offshore<br />
o Participate on incidents/ANO (HIPO/RI) investigation/CTA (Causes Tree Analysis); ensure Safety Feedback<br />
Notice (SFN, REX), participate to DT/EPT Contractors (SQM) Service Quality meeting through Annual HSE<br />
evaluation<br />
o Review Contractors Bridging Documents following CPY and CTR Management System.<br />
o Assist DHSAP/HI/OPS promoting environmental compliance practices following ISO 14001 certification Assist,<br />
advise and enhance ways &amp; means of identifying hazards and controlling risks during SIMOPS/JRA and/or<br />
Downgraded Situations.<br />
DIMENSION:<br />
- Luanda perimeter, with frequent visits to Contractor&
39;s yards (onshore), TEPA offshore perimeter sites (B17, B32 ...)<br />
- HSE assistance for DT/EPT onshore sites; includes offices, FPSOs and onshore Contractor&
39;s yards<br />
- Interactions with 8 contractors and DT entities (4 Divisions)<br />
- The person will be part of the client&
39;s Emergency Management Team and shall be ready for mobilization at any<br />
day and hour.<br />
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT:<br />
- The job holder is based in Luanda with flexibility to cover offshore sites (FPSO, Field Support Vessels ...), Contractors<br />
Onshore Yards<br />
PURPOSES:<br />
- Ensure all activities in charge shall be managed with responsibility and according to the rules defined in TotalEnergies<br />
Hygiene, Safety and Environment Manual<br />
- Maintain and promote HSE exemplarity within the team.<br />
- Ensure applicability of the TEPA referential (SIM) on Offshore Sites (Drilling Rigs, Field Support Vessels) and Contractors<br />
Onshore Yards<br />
- Ensure implementation of HSE policy in all activities within DT perimeter</p>

<p>QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:<br />
- High school; experienced in Safety, environmental and industrial (oil and gas, chemical, refinery ....) with at least 5 Years&
39;<br />
experience with autonomy and self-starter, good communication and interpersonal skill.<br />
- Knowledge of HSE Supervision, HSE Audit, events incident investigations (CTA).<br />
- Fluent in English and Portuguese Spoken and written. French will be an advantage.<br />
- Computer skills (excel Word and PowerPoint).<br />
- Minimum years of experience required for job five (&quot;5&quot;) years.</p>
