<p>We want to make Ambition Institute a place where we attract, retain and develop highly skilled and motivated staff who are able to perform at their best. Central to this is the support that the HR Business Partners will provide our directors to help them get the greatest value out of our people to deliver our mission.</p>
<p><strong>We would like you to: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Provide strategic Business Partner Support to directors and offer strategic advice around their people.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support directors with more complex employer relation cases.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with Ambition’s overall strategy.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Contribute to resource planning, aligned with financial and budget planning.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support the Head of HR/HR Business Partnering Lead to ensure the right HR policies and procedures are in place.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with other functional specialists to deliver organisational success.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>You will work closely with a set group of directors across Ambition covering core areas of our work. You may also deputise for the Business Partnering Lead as necessary.</p>
<p>Working in a hybrid way, you’ll be attached to either our Birmingham, London or Manchester office and will report to the Head of Human Resources. In line with our current ways of working, you’ll be expected to be in the office at least 1 day a month, in addition to team days. This is subject to review.</p>
