Do you have the relevant experience/qualifications to make you a suitable Speech and Language Teaching Assistant?<br /><br /> One of our fantastic Holloway Road Primary Schools&nbsp;are looking to employ a Speech and Language Teaching Assistant who can play a key role in the academic development and in-school engagement of some of their pupils.<br />&nbsp;<br />As a Speech and Language Teaching Assistant, you will:<br /><br /><ul><li>Develop and prepare visual materials for therapy and classroom sessions</li><li>Support pupils with ASC and Speech &amp; Language Communication needs</li><li>Carrying out general Teaching Assistant responsibilities in amongst your Speech &amp; Language role</li><li>Work under supervision of the school SENCo and various Class Teachers</li><li>Provide effective support to less experienced colleagues, modelling good practice</li><li>Opportunity to work alongside a psychologist</li><li>Weekly PAYE / &pound;85 per day including holiday entitlement</li><li>Full-time position, Monday &ndash; Friday, 8.30am &ndash; 4pm</li></ul>This Speech and Language Teaching Assistant role will include extensive training and support from the school SENCO,&nbsp;designed to further develop your SEND profile, and there will be support and supervision from the SEND Department.
