Talent Sourcer

Summary TEXAS HEALTH QUEST, LLC San Antonio, Tx. The Talent Sourcer shall be responsible for sourcing candidates by utilizing multiple sources (i.e. job boards, networking, associations, referrals, cold calls, fliers, job fairs, etc.) to find qualified RNs and LVNs to work for AQTS Home Health. The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling qualified candidates for interviews with Hiring Managers. The Talent Sourcer must work within set time frames and expectations set by management. Responsibilities Efficiently and effectively source for RNs and LVNs by performing direct sourcing of nurses and other healthcare providers by utilizing job boards, social and professional networking sites, referrals, and researching varying internet vehicles to find qualified candidates. Perform cold calling, referral calls and numerous follow up conversations to prospective candidates located via all avenues of search Review resumes for content and applicability to job requirements and ensures candidate meets all requirements. Review position details and direct candidate to formally apply for the position by completing an online employment application the company careers site. Pre-screen candidates prior to scheduling interview with hiring manager Schedule interview with hiring manager and include candidate resume Open and post all positions through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Document and maintain ATS with record of all applicant communication Continually work towards building a database of candidate resumes and pool of future applicants Ensure ATS integrity by following all process and procedures and documentation. Maintain and manage Social Media platforms by creating posts related to current openings, events, and any company updates. Share and/or boost social media posts for more attention Communicate with individuals responding on social media Adhere to all AQTS/Chenega Corporate employment policies and procedures. Participate in recruitment job fairs and events as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications Associate degree, equivalent work experience or combination of education and experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Possess a strong sense of urgency Solid communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent relationship building skills Display an outgoing personality, patience, friendliness, and ability to work with a variety of people, always maintaining professionalism Innovative, goal-oriented, and creative approach to delivering results Physical Demands (The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
