<b>Job Purpose</b><br />
<br />
Responsible for audits in multiple organizations and business lines to improve the effectiveness of risk<br />
management, control and governance processes. Provides independent and objective assessment of the<br />
organization&
39;s operations and may be assigned to represent Internal Auditing on special assignments, including<br />
Chief Auditor positions in less complex audit functions of joint ventures/subsidiaries.<br />

Advises in-charge auditors that are assigned to audit organizations or<br />
functions that are<br />
within area of responsibility or area of expertise.<br />

Develops a close working relationship with Department Managers and<br />
Division Heads of assigned organizations to ensure continuing<br />
cooperation to complete<br />
audit objectives.<br />

Develops a comprehensive program of audit coverage for assigned unit.<br />
<br />
DUTY4 / effort % (020)<br />
Schedules audits and staff assignments to accomplish the program of<br />
audits in accordance<br />
with acceptable audit standards and within the approved schedules.<br />

Establishes the purpose, scope and audit approach of each project or<br />
audit assigned to<br />
unit.<br />

Advises other members of Internal Auditing on Company policy and<br />
procedures relating<br />
to the respective specialty of activities which includes information<br />
technology and<br />
coordinating interface between information systems specialties and the<br />
audit staff to<br />
promote and implement the use of audit software tools.<br />
