<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
Manage and maintain the HSE aspects of RLIC or MIC Permit To Work (PTW) System to ensure compliance to QP HSE standards and regulations. Plan and monitor the effective compliance to the PTW requirements to ensure safety of people, environment and assets within RLIC or MIC responsible areas.<br />

<b>Education</b><br />
Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Safety or Science or equivalent (e.g. Diploma in Safety or NEBOSH Diploma)<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
8 years relevant practical experience (e.g. safety practitioner) preferable in oil, gas or petrochemical environment Fluent in English. Computer Competency in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowterPoint Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication, administration and supervisory skills and be comfortable working in multinational environment. Ability to analyze data, interpret results and communicate results. Excellent communication, and administration skills and be comfortable working in multinational environment.<br />
