<b>Do you like to design processes with forethought that will ensure the best outcomes?</b><br><br><b>Are you passionate about doing things right the first time?</b><br><br><b>Join our Quality Assurance team!</b><br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a Production Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Managing a small team of quality technicians to deliver incoming material inspections, in-process final and inspection and release of manufactured products</li><li>Developing strategic plans for continuous improvement of processes to improve efficiency of service delivery</li><li>Ensuring a safe working environment by identifying potential risks and implementing safety measures according to our HSE policies</li><li>Assisting in quality incident investigations to perform root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action</li><li>Maintaining monitoring and measurement equipment to ensure reliability of quality data relating to product specifications</li><li>Taking ownership for maintaining our ISO certification on site and at facilitating internal, external, customer audits as needed</li><li>Engaging with customers to obtain feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's or higher in Chemistry, Biology or a Science related field and have at least 1 year of experience in quality operations in the oil and gas industry; alternatively, an Associate's with 5+ years' experience</li><li>Demonstrate great Root Cause Analysis skills</li><li>Display an ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions</li><li>Be familiar with ISO 9001</li><li>Have good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with teams and customers</li><li>Have experience of delivering small projects and initiatives</li><li>Chemical laboratory experience would be strongly preferred, but is not strictly required.</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
