Project Quality Engineer

Energy Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Project Quality Engineer to join their London office on a long term contract basis. You will be working on an exciting gigafactory project which is specifically being built for our client.</p><p> </p><ul><li>Experience in managing a Project Quality Team</li><li>QMS Experience, preferable in the EPCM Construction projects</li><li>Experience of process and system auditing, preferably in the EPCM Construction projects</li><li>Good knowledge of management systems, including ISO 9001, and its application to projects</li><li>Good knowledge of the EU Regulation requirements including the Pressure Equipment Regulations</li><li>Significant experience in the EPCM Construction projects (or similar), with experience in a Supervisory or Management capacity</li><li>Held/holding a Senior Quality Engineer Position</li><li>Lead training and technical development of Quality Trainees/Practitioners/Engineers</li></ul>

<b>Desirable:</b></p><ul><li>IRCA Registered Lead Assessor</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Good planning and organisational skills</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels within a Project Team</li><li>Ability to be well organised and able to work on own initiative</li><li>Self-motivated and enthusiastic</li><li>Commitment to identify, analyse and propose solutions to problems in a constructive and positive manner</li><li>Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills</li><li>Good planning and organisational skills</li><li>Working with others and in teams</li><li>Management of people</li><li>Computer literate (MS Office components)</li><li>Ability to use action tracking applications/databases</li><li>Expertise in the business process management</li><li>Expertise in Root Cause Analysis methods</li><li>Experienced in the planning, execution and reporting of process and system audits</li><li>Good working knowledge of management systems and their application to projects</li><li>Ability to lead and direct a team of Quality Professionals</li><li>Understanding and experience of working with applicable Regulatory Bodies</li></ul>
