We are currently recruiting for Secondary substitutes for a large number of secondary schools throughout the Buckinghamshire area for an ASAP start.</p><p> </p><p>We are recruiting for unqualified Teachers in the following areas.</p><p>High Wycombe</p><p>Amersham</p><p>Chesham</p><p>Beaconsfield</p><p>Aylesbury</p><p>Greayt Missenden</p><p>Stoke Mandeville</p><p>Stoke Poges</p><p>Gerrard's Cross</p><p>Chalfont St. Peter</p><p>High Wycombe</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Salary: £90-£120 per day (depending on experience)</p><p> </p><p>Are you looking for full time, part time or flexible work during the week?</p><p>Do you have experience working with children in coaching, tutoring, dance, theatre or other learning environments?</p><p>Are you interested in taking your next step in an education career or trying something new?</p><p> </p><p><strong>About the Role: </strong></p><ul><li>Supervising the students and ensuring they complete set tasks</li><li>Managing behaviour</li><li>Experienced working with Key Stages 3, 4 and 5</li><li>Assisting pupils when they have questions</li><li>Following the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies</li><li>Collecting the completed work and handing it to the Head of Department</li><li>Providing feedback on the lesson and pupils</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Unqualified Teacher role involves: </strong></p><p>Managing a classroom environment with support from management</p><p>Exploring the pre-assigned work with students</p><p>Answering general questions from students</p><p>Willing to work across a range of subjects i.e. Math, English, Drama, PE, Art, Music, Science etc.</p><p>Following the work pack from the beginning of the day</p><p>These roles are more flexible allowing for 3-5 days a week</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><p>To apply and commence working with us you must meet the below criteria:</p><ul><li>An Enhanced working with children DBS or the ability to apply for one through us.</li><li>Must have an undergraduate degree in a specific subject (e.g. Chemistry, Maths, PE, Business Studies, etc)</li><li>Be able to show experience working with children in a coaching, tutoring, teaching or mentoring role.
