<b>Job Purpose</b><br />
<br />
Provide financial/accounting analytical and technical support to staff or line accounting departments and<br />
stakeholder organizations to resolve complex accounting issues. Develop, recommend, and implement changes to<br />
accounting policies, procedures, processes and systems. Prepare complex financial forecasts, reports and<br />
other analyses. May lead the work of less-experienced Analysts, when necessary, to complete assigned<br />
projects.<br />

Prepares confidential &amp; technical financial reports and forecasts on<br />
cash receipts &amp;<br />
disbursements,corporate income,operating and capital plans &amp;<br />
expenditures,manpower<br />
budgets,investments,the consolidated financial position and prepares tax<br />
and transfer<br />
pricing calculations.Reviews Affiliates related cash calls and provides<br />
support to<br />
proponents during the set-up and design of funding procedur<br />

Ensures all financial, accounting, economic and commercial perspectives<br />
are considered<br />
appropriately. Provide advisory support on deal agreements,<br />
governance/structuring,<br />
risks/opportunities and potential mitigations, closing items and<br />
coordinate issues with<br />
other departments to obtain input from the respective subject matter<br />
experts.<br />

Leads and performs complex operational accounting duties:<br />
e.g.calculating account entries,<br />
reconciling, analysing changes in account balances and unit costs,<br />
determining proper<br />
account costing. Calculates and records corporate income and withholding<br />
taxes,VAT,<br />
transfer pricing compliance, provides global tax oversight and required<br />
filing for Saudi<br />
Aramco, its joint ventures and subsidiaries.<br />

Analyses the financial feasibility and impact of proposed financial<br />
transactions such as<br />
hydrocarbon production, sales and purchases, as well as employee and<br />
vendor disbursements<br />

Researches applicable accounting literature in order to establish new<br />
accounting policies,<br />
update existing policies, or otherwise address current issues involving<br />

Analyses and provides recommendations on the feasibility of accounting<br />
information system<br />
proposals to process transactions and related reports. Determines if a<br />
proposal meets user<br />
information requirements and conforms to accounting policy.Develops and<br />

adequate controls in<br />

on Procurement/Contract and Project Funding matters.<br />
