As a Project Quality Engineer, you will report to the Regional Quality Leader and will be responsible for ensuring effective application of the Baker Hughes Quality Management System (QMS) in the project environment to ensure that customer requirements are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for Quality activities on all project matters within their respective Centre of Excellence.<br />
<br />
As a Project Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Creating quality plans, ITP and other quality documents based on the standard template incorporating additional customer quality and technical regulation and product certification requirements</li>
<li>Taking ownership of the quality requirements to ensure effective project execution for our customers</li>
<li>Managing non-conformance and concessions approval process to ensure compliance with contract requirements</li>
<li>Communicating with internal and external customers to share project-related information and build relationships</li>
<li>Participating in Design Verification Reviews with Criticality Assessment as required by Engineering</li>
<li>Preparing and presenting quality performance reports to internal leadership and customer</li>
<li>Provide the voice of Customers for quality back into project execution &amp; operations and ensure the process becomes a key escalation path for Customers to share end-end experience</li>
<li>Support the commercial team during the bid phase to cover Quality requirements</li>
<li>Review performance scorecards released by Customers, review aging of Non-Productive Time and Customer Issue Resolution, monitor execution of improvement plans and escalate challenges as required</li>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have an appropriate level qualification in Engineering or Quality Management or equivalent experience / active CREA</li>
<li>Show solid experience in Quality Assurance Engineering and Oil &amp; Gas business</li>
<li>Enjoy traveling to customer locations and being flexible to customer demands</li>
<li>Demonstrate good communication skills. Interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams</li>
<li>Have Quality auditor training &amp; qualification (desired)</li>
<li>Have analytical and reporting skills. Understanding and experience of problem-solving methodology</li>
<li>Requirement: Fluent in the English Language</li>
