QC Engineer

<b> Responsibilities </b><br><br>Responsibilities and Duties: <br><ul><li> Receives equipment/tools return from rig to be repaired, maintenance and compares amount and description of tools with the cargo manifest. </li><li> Undertake inspections according to our inspection and control plans. </li><li> Review all Repair and maintenance of jars, intensifiers, shock subs, PBL Subs and other general rental tools in a cost-effective manner and in accordance with work instructions as per OEM. </li><li> Review operations maintenance and servicing of various workshop tools and equipment. </li><li> Complete all service reports and relevant documentation to ensure tool maintenance history is correctly documented. </li><li> Maintain good standard of housekeeping practices in workshop. </li><li> Perform Jar placement simulation. </li><li> Ordering spare parts and consumable for all performance drilling tools along with PBL Sub. </li><li> Records inspection, examination, and testing data. </li><li> Initiates non-conforming product/equipment reports upon detection of any non-conforming products or initiates a routing sheet certifying the repair/manufacture is successfully completed. </li><li> Initiates Delivery tickets and upload all document on WPTS. </li><li> Ability to use different types of measuring and test equipment. </li><li> Follow legal regulations for a safe and healthy workspace. </li></ul> <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br>Skills and Qualifications <br><ul><li> B.Sc. of Engineering </li><li> Must be able to read and comprehend mechanical drawings and manufacturing specifications. </li><li> Must have knowledge & use of inspection tools, calibers, micrometers, & other similar tools. </li><li> Proficiency in the use of computers and software packages needed to support the documentation, analysis and retention of quality records. </li><li> Good communication & interpersonal. </li><li> Team player - accuracy and attention to details, Ability to work in team work. </li></ul>
