The TAM is responsible for supporting the growth and expansion of Willamette Dental. Primary responsibilities include full life cycle recruitment for a variety of roles. The TAM will partner with Executives and Hiring Managers to develop and execute successful talent acquisition strategies. The TAM will strive to bring the company into the forefront as a leading brand through the engagement and management of best-in-class diverse talent across the enterprise. Essential Position Functions Provide management within the WDG organization regarding all matters pertaining to talent acquisition Lead efforts to anticipate staffing needs and develop appropriate strategy Serve as internal expert on all matters related to TA Implement and manage best-in-class practices for attracting and selecting top talent Ensure timely acquisition of talent across all job groups Build and sustain high levels of engagement and teamwork within talent acquisition group and promotes their professional development Establish and monitor metrics for tracking timeliness, efficiency, and quality of job candidates Personally handle complex and or key managerial job openings as necessary Build healthy, productive relationships with executives and hiring managers throughout the organization Ensure full, timely communication with all participants in the hiring process Ensure compliance with all applicable employment law, e.g., EEO, ADA, FCRA, and Pay Equity throughout the hiring process Maintain candidate databases ( e.g. ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed ) Cultivate relationships with key candidates and diverse talent pools, according to long-term initiatives and direction of the organization; turn applicants from non-active to active Integrate inclusion and equity into all sourcing initiatives Assist in writing job descriptions that accurately reflect the positions Manage candidate experience to ensure positive candidate outcomes Suggest and initiate innovative ways to build a positive employer brand Assist with project work as needed across the Talent Acquisition team Travel will be required to outside hiring events Non-Essential Position Functions Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree preferred 7 to 10 years’ experience in full life cycle recruitment, corporate recruitment environment required 5+ years of experience working with corporate compensation rules and structures 5 years of experience working with talent management / applicant tracking systems, iCIMS Recruiting experience preferred Licenses, Certificate and Registrations: Must have valid driver's license and insurance for travel related purposes Knowledge of: Strong knowledge of sourcing / recruiting through social media, CRM systems, Google / Boolean search operators and job boards • Microsoft Office tools Skill In: Working on multiple job requisitions simultaneously across multiple departments/locations Working with talent management / applicant tracking systems, iCIMS Recruiting experience preferred Candidate management and negotiation Networking Ability to: Attract, engage, assess and onboard best-in-class talent in a highly competitive environment Work on multiple job requisitions simultaneously across multiple departments/locations Attract, engage, assess and onboard best-in-class talent in a highly competitive environment Additional qualifications: Current government mandates require full COVID vaccination status, or lawful exemption status, for all employees who will be working in an Oregon health care facility.
