Understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.<br><br>As a Reporting & Statutory Analyst, you will be responsible for:<br><br> &bull; Assisting with intake of new project ideas within the statutory and reporting team to assist with process simplification and streamlining processes efficiently <br><br> &bull; Executing on projects prioritized as strategic or driving productivity, simplification or automation within the team <br><br> &bull; Managing the communication and reporting of projects in accordance with internal control rules. Ensure project accounting is in accordance with Company guidelines; defined milestones <br><br> &bull; Analyzing the execution performance and propose action plans to improve the statutory and reporting processes, as well as corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks <br><br> &bull; Maintaining current statutory deliverables, master-data and templates required to be supported as a result of projects executed <br><br> &bull; Handling communication with direct colleagues and the wider organisation in order to gather data and performed required analysis <br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><br> &bull; Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Business and Commerce or similar <br><br> &bull; Have minimum 4 years working experience in finance <br><br> &bull; Have an experience in Excel, VBA & Macros, Well versed in Python for automation and SQL is an added advantage <br><br> &bull; Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage <br><br> &bull; have a strong oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. <br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
