The TAC Center is catalyst of change - driven by accurate assessments, evidence-based results and supported by a high-quality consistent coaching service. Career-level specific assessments are used to help identify and dev?elope leadership talent, which requires disciplined, highly skilled, and targeted capabilities from TAC professionals. <br> <br> The candidate of this role is expected to work with different levels of professional and leadership positions such as HR Business Partners at Admin Area and Business Line staff, Mangers, and Talent Coordinators to design and deliver an engaging and impactful assessment experience. <br> <br> They will work with internal organizations and departments to identify specific performance criteria and design assessment and coaching interventions to evaluate individuals and identify development gaps.
