You will also provide coaching, HR Process expertise as well as other general HR activities as needed for the business. You will be viewed as the expert for Human Resources by your team and colleagues.<br><br>In this role, you will be responsible for:<br><br> &bull; Partnering with leadership to develop and execute organization-level HR strategies to align structure, culture & talent with business goals. <br><br> &bull; Providing guidance to functional management and/or business functions on approaches, projects and programs affecting the business and ways of working. <br><br> &bull; Handling communications with direct colleagues and the business regarding the means for solving complex problems. <br><br> &bull; Leading design and implementation of projects. Work goals typically span 1-2 years to complete and the impact is felt over an extended horizon. <br><br> &bull; Handling department work guided by procedures. <br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><br> &bull; Have graduated with a Bachelor's from an accredited university or college in a related business focus to Human Resources. <br><br> &bull; Have minimum of 7+ of experience in HR <br><br> &bull; Be a collaborator with business partners, exhibiting sound interpersonal and leadership skills. <br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
