<b> IRC221853 - HSE COORDINATOR </b> <br> <br> At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for an <b>HSE Coordinator </b>within <b> Eni Australia Limited </b> in <b> Perth, capital of Western Australia </b><b> . </b> You will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating delivery of all aspects of HSE support for all Company operations (including but not limited to exploration, development, operations and HRO) as prescribed by regulatory requirements and Company HSE IMS . <br><br><b> As a member of </b> <b>the HSEQ Team at </b> <b> Eni Australia Limited </b><b> you will be responsible for </b> : <br> <ul> <li> Ensuring implementation of Occupational Health & Safety aspects of HSE Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements across company operations and: </li> <li> Coordinating operational site HSE personnel and resources. </li> <li> Maintaining Eni HSE Standards and provide HSE support as necessary. </li> <li> Develop and maintain effective relationships with key personnel from operations, projects, and other departments to ensure HSE culture implementation. </li> <li> Co-ordinating the Technical HSE Audit Schedule and lead process safety audits. </li> <li> Coordinating and supporting incident investigations as per Company methodology. </li> <li> Providing support to maintain the HSE Risk Management suite of IMS documentation; and </li> <li> Providing support and participate with Emergency Response Management across the Company. </li> <li> Acting as the Functional Authority for Process Safety Management System Development & Implementation. </li> <li> Monitoring performance against Process Safety KPI's and maintaining an overview of corrective actions and advise on trends or areas requiring intervention. </li> <li> Facilitating formal safety assessment studies (HAZOPs, HAZIDs, FME(C)As, Bowties, Fault Tree Analysis, Impairment Tree Analysis, Course QRA, ALARP Assessments, Emergency Systems Survivability Analysis, Escape Evacuation and Rescue Analysis, Fire & Explosion Analysis, non-hydrocarbon hazard analysis, Pipeline Risk Assessments (PRA)); </li> <li> Acting as an independent HSE Engineering Reviewer of MOC proposals and technical documents as requested; and </li> <li> Maintaining risk registers associated with company facilities and update the Safety Cases to ensure regulations are complied with. </li> <li> Ensuring Operational documentation is developed, maintained, and monitored, and: </li> <li> Reviewing and coordinate Safety Case development for Eni Facilities. </li> <li> Identifying where changes/activities may have a material impact on the Safety Case. </li> <li> Liaising with Regulatory Departments to ensure Safety Case are managed and adhered to effectively. </li> <li> Developing and Co-ordinating Safety Management Plans, Bridging or Interface Plans for project activities. </li> </ul> <br><br><b> This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements </b> : <br> <ul> <li> Engineering Degree with Technical Safety and Risk Experience </li> <li> HSE auditor qualifications </li> <li> experience in Technical Safety and Risk roles, focus on oil & gas </li> <li> Safety Case Management Development & Implementation </li> <li> Audit & Certification Activities </li> <li> Guidelines & Procedures Definitions and Law </li> <li> Compliance Analysis & Assessment, </li> <li> Due Diligence & Permitting </li> <li> Risk Assessment </li> <li> HAZOP & HAZID </li> <li> Technical Specs & Standards Definitions. </li> <li> HSE Data Management </li> <li> Modelling & Reporting </li> <li> Emergency Planning </li> <li> Design / Process Review </li> <li> Contractors Specs </li> <li> Qualification & Auditing, Customer Satisfaction.
