<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager with a track record in Management Information to play a key role in the delivery of timely, relevant and impactful HR Management Information for a world-leading government department.</p>
<p>The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) was established to make sure competition works in consumers’ favour and businesses treat their customers fairly. To achieve our strategic objectives, it is vital that we continue to build on the capacity, capability and commitment of our people and our HR Management Information service is crucial to this.</p>
<p>As HR Manager – Management Information, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Management Information professionals, ensuring continuous improvement in our data quality and its strategic value to the business, driving forward change to improve data and analysis-based people decisions.</p>
<p>You will lead the delivery of Management Information requirements across the People, Capability and Culture department, providing data to assist with strategic HR decision making which contributes to a range of HR activities such as workforce planning, performance management and pay and reward. You will also be responsible for reviewing the capability of the Agresso HR system and identifying improvements with a view to optimising its use in Management Information reporting.</p>
<p>An additional responsibility will be the development of Management Information reports, as well as managing HR related data audits to ensure relevant data is updated and risks to the business are minimised. </p>
<p>You will need relevant experience of working in a HR Management Information, Analysis and Improvement, or workforce planning or similar role, with experience of interpreting business requirements and developing relevant people analytics and insight. You will also need excellent data communication skills, in order to inform decision-making.</p>
