<b>Responsibilities </b><br />
<br />
SKILLS &amp; KNOWLEDGE:</p>

<ul>
<li>Finance or accounting degree.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3-4 years experience in payroll liquidation companies with more tan 200 employees, preferable with companies with variable payroll liquidations.</li>
<li>Soft skills: problem solving: project estimation &amp; complexity, creative and innovative quality solutions under the politics and regulation, analytical oriented, and good decision making skills, results oriented.</li>
<li>Team work: functions independently and in a team to ensure quality, accuracy and efficiency</li>
<li>Communication: oral/written communication skills, customer services oriented internal/external, and interacts frequently with peer groups and senior mgt. advising on area of responsibility.</li>

JOB SCOPE:<br />
<br />
Ensure payroll for all salaried employees in accordance with existing procedures.<br />
<br />
DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>

<ul>
<li>Prepare the monthly payroll calculations including increases, earning , significant gross pay, deductions.</li>
<li>Ensure changes related to compensation and benefits as per instruction and under the policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure the compliance of local/tax regulations and policies and procedures. Provide guidance and training to the field HR teams and administrative staff as needed.</li>
<li>Provide support to internal and external audits.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly payroll accounting functions: records and allocates payroll related to benefits and liabilities.</li>
<li>Work with others to ensure the accurate reporting.</li>
